Dwight

Dwight Power Dwight is the accomplished president of Ozark Consulting and Marketing, a company he founded in 1993. Prior to establishing Ozark, Dwight gained valuable retail experience. He spent two years at Kmart, six years at Sam’s Club as an associate merchant and buyer, and two years at Grandpa’s, a small retail company in St. Louis, also as a buyer. At Sam’s Club, Dwight developed expertise in the retail and club landscapes, particularly within the Walmart ecosystem, which laid a solid foundation for understanding market dynamics, client needs, and emerging trends. Dwight’s philosophy is encapsulated in his motto, “Always be the best in class,” which drives his commitment to excellence in every aspect of the business. He takes pride in nurturing relationships, believing that strong connections are the key to long-term success.

Will

Will Price Will serves as the Vice President of Sales at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, where he leads the company’s sales operations and spearheads new client development. He is passionate about building strong client relationships and is committed to driving growth for Walmart and Sam’s Club clients. Before joining OCM in 2019, Will managed the logistics for a poultry supplier to Walmart and Sam’s Club, overseeing transportation and routing operations. He holds an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Oklahoma Wesleyan University, where he also played collegiate baseball. Outside of work, Will enjoys spending time with his family, honing his carpentry skills, and investing in sports cards.

Andrew

Andrew Casey Andrew is the Director of Analytics at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, specializing in reporting and insights to help clients optimize business growth. He values the family-oriented culture at OCM and enjoys pursuing innovative ideas to enhance client success. Before joining OCM in 2022, Andrew worked as a chemical engineer at an oil refinery in Texas and later as a Supply Chain Analyst for a CPG company in Bentonville, AR. In his free time, Andrew enjoys outdoor adventures, traveling, watching movies, and reading.

Blake

Blake Power Blake is the Director of Operations and an Account Manager at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, focusing on client relationships and helping them better understand Walmart and Sam’s Club. He takes pride in the collaborative, growth-focused culture at OCM. Prior to joining OCM in 2021, Blake worked in asset management for a local investment firm and served as an operations manager at a medical sales startup. Blake enjoys traveling, following Formula 1, cheering for the Green Bay Packers, and supporting Razorback Sports.

JoAnn Moore JoAnn is a Senior Account Manager at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, dedicated to fostering supplier growth and ensuring value in every client interaction. Her work ethic is driven by a commitment to add value to suppliers every day. Since joining OCM in 2002, JoAnn has brought extensive experience from her roles at Tyson Foods, where she worked in production scheduling and as a plant accountant. JoAnn enjoys spending time with her family, running with friends, and outdoor activities.

Kelly Morgan Kelly is an Account Manager at Ozark Consulting & Marketing. She is an accomplished account management professional with a proven history of helping both new and existing accounts develop and implement business plans to build and help drive incremental growth within Walmart & Sam’s. Prior to joining OCM in 2024, Kelly has an extensive career working for Walmart Stores, Inc. and Suppliers in various departments in both National Account Manager & Senior Analytics roles. She has a solid ability to develop business relationships and gain trust by having a great understanding of Walmart & Sam’s Club budgets, joint business planning processes, sales strategies as well as the ability to provide detailed analytics across all functions of the business. In Kelly’s spare time, she enjoys landscaping, wood working and spending time with her family and 2 grandsons.

John Ewbank John is an Analyst at Ozark Consulting & Marketing with a focus on Sales Analytics. Prior to joining OCM in 2012, he was finishing his bachelor’s degree at the University of Arkansas while teaching tennis. John enjoys spending time with his wife and 2 daughters as well as jogging, biking, and playing tennis.

Zack Pianalto Zack is a Senior Account Manager at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, where he focuses on driving growth for Walmart clients by managing projects from concept to completion. He thrives on the challenge of creating Walmart programs from scratch and ensuring all stakeholders are satisfied with the results. Before joining OCM in 2014, Zack played tight end in the NFL for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers after a collegiate career with the University of North Carolina Tar Heels. In his spare time, Zack enjoys traveling, working out, and spending time with his wife Kiley and their cat, Teddy.

Haden

Haden Bryant Haden is an Account Manager at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, specializing in driving growth and creating new opportunities for suppliers within Walmart and Sam’s Club. He excels in fostering trusting relationships between suppliers and buyers, aiming to build lasting partnerships that deliver mutual success. Before joining OCM in early 2024, Haden served as a sales executive at J.B. Hunt Transport, where he honed his expertise in cultivating strong business relationships and developing advanced negotiation skills. Haden holds a marketing degree from Northwest Missouri State University, where as a former wide receiver, won three Division II National Football Championships. In his spare time, Haden enjoys spending time with his wife and two boys. He loves hitting every parlay he makes and watching the Texas Longhorns. He also claims to be the best golfer in the office.

Spencer

Spencer Gauldin Spencer serves as the Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst at Ozark Consulting & Marketing. His role is making sure that payments between Walmart to clients and then clients to our company are being followed. He likes to find more ways to create value in the Accounts Receivable part of the Walmart business so that clients can worry less about payments and focus on business growth. Prior to joining OCM in 2022, he graduated with a Master of Science in Economic Analytics from the University of Arkansas while tutoring at the university and working as a chef at Chick-fil-A. Spencer enjoys watching movies, tv shows, traveling, reading, baking, cooking, watching Football and spending time with his wife.

Jose Garcia Jose is a Senior Account Manager for Ozark Consulting and Marketing. With extensive category management expertise, Jose specializes in partnering with Sam’s Club and Walmart to drive innovation and place new products in the market. Nelson Lucke Nelson is an Accounts Receivable Analyst at Ozark Consulting & Marketing, where he specializes in managing invoicing processes and ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors. Nelson is dedicated to optimizing payment cycles and resolving discrepancies efficiently. Before joining OCM, Nelson graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2023 with a bachelor’s degree in business information systems and supply chain management. During his time there, he volunteered at Cross Church and the Compassion Center. Outside of work, Nelson enjoys playing video games and weightlifting with friends. He appreciates the strategy and challenge in both activities, often finding parallels between his hobbies and the problem-solving aspects of his professional role. Whether he’s in the gym or immersed in a game, Nelson is always looking to improve and push his limits.

Kim Medlock Kim Medlock is a Replenishment Analyst/Supply Chain at Ozark Consulting & Marketing with a focus on Inventory Flow and Supply Chain. She enjoys working with different suppliers and helping them grow their business. Partner with merchants, help reducing OTIF fines, balance inventory to/between Dc’s and stores. Prior to joining OCM in 2017, she was a Replenishment Manger for 24 at Walmart in various departments. Both General Merchandise and Grocery. Kim enjoys spending time with family and her friends. She loves the outdoors and attending concerts with her husband in her spare time.

Jacob Burford Jacob is a member of the Ecommerce team at Ozark Consulting and Marketing, where he assists in managing online product catalogs, implements digital marketing campaigns, and analyzes ecommerce data to provide actionable insights. Jacob graduated from the University of Arkansas with a degree in accounting and a minor in finance. Prior to joining OCM in 2024, Jacob gained valuable experience as a Staff Accountant at various companies, handling tasks ranging from journal entries and reconciliations to payroll and accounts payable/receivable. In his free time, Jacob enjoys playing guitar, walking his dog Cooper, attending Razorback sporting events, and spending time with his family.

Kaitlyn Skinner Kaitlyn is a Sales and Supply Chain Analyst at Ozark Consulting and Marketing, where she thrives on helping clients navigate their data to make informed decisions. Prior to joining OCM in 2024, she and her family opened a coffee shop in Fayetteville, AR. As the Owner/Operator and in-store manager for two years, Kaitlyn gained firsthand experience in the significance of data in running a successful small business. Kaitlyn holds an undergraduate degree in English Education from the University of Arkansas and earned her MBA in Data Analytics from Arkansas State University in 2024. With a unique passion for both data and language, Kaitlyn loves to combine these interests in her work, making her approach both analytical and creative. Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves spending time with friends and family, coaching volleyball, and enjoying the outdoors with her two crazy dogs!

Rachel Reindl Rachel began working as the Operations Assistant at Ozark Consulting & Marketing in January 2024. The Operations Assistant specializes in HR & Office Management roles and responsibilities. This position oversees general operations of the office, ensuring systems are working efficiently, helping in projects, staying organized, and having a general understanding of all various aspects of the business. Rachel graduated from the University of Arkansas in 2022 with a degree in Sociology. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys walking, reading, family time, friends, shopping and art.
