Senior Sales and Supply Chain Analyst

The Senior Sales and Supply Chain Analyst will provide technical and analytical support to maximize the business of our clients at OCM through day-to-day execution of business needs, sales and supply chain insights, and telling stories with data.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Account Manager with responding to the need of the clients and managing day-to-day needs
  
• Communicate with the client and Walmart/Sam’s Club to understand business needs
  
• Analyze sales and supply chain data and OCM generated reports to effectively communicate insightful recommendations to help grow business
  
• Extract and analyze large data sets from Retail Link (DSS), Madrid, IRI, Luminate, and internal databases
  
• Manage replenishment of the client through order processing, understanding Nova, utilizing forecasts and supply plan to ensure healthy inventory levels
  
• Manage new item setup and item maintenance
  
• Provide recommendations to maximize compliance with Walmart through OTIF and SQEP programs
  
• Provide assistance for building line review presentations through sales, supply chain, and category data
  
• Provide leadership and guidance to other analysts on the team

Skills

• Problem solving and critical thinking as an individual and a team
  
• Effective verbal, written, and visual communication especially with data
  
• Proficiency in data analysis: Excel, SQL, Power Query
  
• Proficiency in visualization tools such as Power BI
  
• 2-5 years of experience with Walmart or Sam’s Club
