WEEKLY & DAILY REPORTING

OCM has a comprehensive set of reports that are delivered starting Monday morning and as needed throughout the week. These reports will cover the entirety of our clients’ business with Walmart and Sam’s mostly from a macro level then dive into the details of your business. The goal of these reports is to allow our team to derive insights about your business and identify areas where we can affect positive change, solve problems, or even anticipate future issues. These reports cover everything from in-store and Ecommerce sales, markdowns, sales forecasting (GRS), order forecasting (Supply Plan), store and DC inventory, supply chain, store and Ecommerce OTIF, SQEP and ASN. As Walmart’s priorities change and they add new programs, OCM is committed to providing our clients with excellent data and reporting to get ahead of those changes and stay ahead. Beyond that, we have reporting available that is specific to our DSD vendors because we recognize that their needs are and can be very different.

CUSTOM REPORTING

OCM’s analytics team will work with you to find any areas of need and customize reporting to cover those needs. Whether you need to dig into the details of a problem area to find the root cause or we are creating a report to combat Walmart’s changing landscape, we are confident that we can handle all custom reporting tasks. It doesn’t just have to be Retail Link or Luminate data either. If your company has access to syndicated IRI or Nielsen data, our team is experience with and capable of creating reporting using that data as well. Not only that, but we are also constantly evaluating ourselves with a critical eye to make sure that we are providing the most complete and the highest quality set of reports possible to our vendors.

Walmart Luminate

Our team has invested and worked in Walmart Luminate to ensure our clients are getting the most out of their investment in Luminate. We fully expect Walmart will require suppliers to get Luminate by early 2024 and our goal is to be prepared and use our extensive knowledge to help suppliers through this transition and from then on out. We continue to lead as a broker, by going beyond just selling and understanding data driven decisions are key to growing a supplier’s business at Walmart. We will continue to invest and increase our knowledge in Walmart Luminate to ensure suppliers don’t have to hire a full team to do what OCM can provide.
