How to Find Your
Walmart Supplier Number

Your Walmart supplier number is the unique ID Walmart assigns to your vendor agreement. It’s used across item setup, ordering, invoicing, and EDI, and you can find it in Supplier One in just a few clicks.

Note: Walmart uses “vendor number” and “supplier number” interchangeably they’re the same thing.

What Is a Walmart Supplier Number?

A Walmart supplier number (also called a vendor number) is the identifier tied to your supplier agreement with Walmart. Because agreements are department-specific, a single company can have more than one supplier number. The full format is nine digits and is agreement specific.

How to View Your Supplier Number in Supplier One

  1. Log in to Supplier One.

  2. Click Account in the top-right corner.

  3. Find your supplier number below the “Hi” greeting in the middle of the page.

  4. How to Find Your 9-Digit Supplier Number

  5. From the Account page, select Agreements.

  6. If you have multiple contracts, choose the correct agreement from the dropdown.

  7. Click View Agreements, your 9-digit, agreement-specific number appears there.

**If your supplier number shows 8 digits, add a leading zero when a 9-digit format is required.
